When empathy meets creativity, it leads to an explosion of possibilities in dispute resolution. For the last 5 weeks,Tessa Manuello and I have met to co-create a training to overcome impasses in dispute resolution. What we hadn't expected is that those weekly meetings would be the perfect playground to apply our own techniques and skills. And today, we couldn't be happier to announce we just sent our application to be speaking at ADRIC's conference, Canada's Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute.
